I really liked how easy these were to take and I like the taste of them too. The bad part is that I have to take a calcium supplement on the side so that I get the calcium I need.

I was on birthcontrol for 13 yrs. 8 of those were depovera. I was told that if I wanted to try to have children, I would need to give my body about 1-2 yrs of being off of the depovera to try. I stopped taking it, and started right away taking these vitamins. I got pregnant after only taking these for 3 months. I’d say they worked !
